Riya’s Birthday Surprise: A Magic Carpet Adventure

Riya was a girl who loved to travel. She had a big map of the world on her wall and she liked to mark the places she wanted to visit. She dreamed of seeing the pyramids of Egypt, the Eiffel Tower of France, the Great Wall of China, and many more wonders of the world.

But she knew that traveling was expensive and her parents could not afford it. She wished she had a magic carpet that could take her anywhere she wanted. She often imagined flying over the mountains, the oceans, and the cities with her magic carpet.

One day, she found a package on her doorstep. It was wrapped in a colorful cloth and had a note attached to it. It said:

"Dear Riya,

Happy birthday! I hope you like this gift. It is very special and has been in our family for generations. It is a magic carpet that can take you anywhere you want. Just say the name of the place and it will fly you there. But be careful, it has a mind of its own and sometimes likes to play tricks. Have fun and be safe.

Love,

Your aunt Maya"

Riya was shocked and excited. She couldn't believe that her aunt had sent her a magic carpet. She ran to her room and opened the package. Inside, she saw a beautiful carpet with intricate patterns and bright colors. It looked very old and worn, but also very soft and cozy.

She touched the carpet and felt a warm sensation. The carpet seemed to be alive and happy to see her. It made a purring sound and moved slightly. Riya smiled and said, "Hello, magic carpet. I'm Riya. Thank you for being my birthday gift. Do you want to be my friend?"

The carpet nodded and said, "Yes, Riya. I'm happy to be your friend. I'm sorry I couldn't come sooner. Your aunt Maya had to wait for the right time to send me to you. She said you are a very good and smart girl who loves to travel. She also said you have a big map of the world on your wall. Is that true?"

Riya nodded and said, "Yes, it is. I have always wanted to see the world, but I never had the chance. But now that I have you, maybe I can. Can you really take me anywhere I want?"

The carpet nodded and said, "Yes, I can. Just say the name of the place and I will fly you there. But remember, I have a mind of my own and sometimes like to play tricks. So be ready for some surprises and adventures."

Riya was thrilled and said, "That sounds awesome. Let's go then. Where should we go first?"

The carpet said, "That's up to you. You can choose any place you want. But I have a suggestion. Why don't we start with the place where I was made? It is a very beautiful and ancient city. It is called Baghdad."

Riya agreed and said, "Okay, let's go to Baghdad. I have always wanted to see the Middle East. How do we start?"

The carpet said, "Just sit on me and hold on tight. And say the magic words: Baghdad, here we come!"

Riya did as the carpet said and sat on it. She held on to the edges and said, "Baghdad, here we come!"

The carpet flew up in the air and zoomed out of the window. Riya felt a rush of wind and excitement. She looked down and saw her house, her street, her city, and her country getting smaller and smaller. She looked up and saw the sky, the clouds, and the sun getting bigger and bigger. She felt free and happy.

She said, "Wow, this is amazing. Thank you, magic carpet. You are the best gift ever."

The carpet said, "You're welcome, Riya. And this is just the beginning. We have a lot to see and do. Are you ready for some fun?"

Riya said, "Yes, I am. Let's go!"

And so they went. They flew over the mountains, the oceans, and the cities. They saw the pyramids of Egypt, the Eiffel Tower of France, the Great Wall of China, and many more wonders of the world. They met new people, learned new languages, tasted new foods, and experienced new cultures. They had fun and faced challenges. They laughed and cried. They made friends and enemies. They had surprises and adventures.

Riya traveled the world with the magic carpet.

The end.
